As founder and principal broker at Cape Commercial Real Estate, LLC, Jeff Cape relies on the lessons his father Tom taught him when beginning his real estate career more than 25 years ago, the first being: "Put your client's interests first in any situation, above your own."

Jeff attended Georgia Tech & Georgia State, majoring in Business Management, before becoming a commercial Realtor in 1995 at Lavista Associates, Inc. prior to opening his own firm in 2023.  During that time, Jeff has won the Phoenix Award, given to those with over ten years of multi-million dollar production, from the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS of which he is a permanent Life Member of the Million Dollar Club.  Jeff is also a member of the State and National Board of REALTORS.

Jeff lives in Peachtree Corners with his wife, Nikki, and their twin daughters Evie and Ella.
